SHIPPING & RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them within 14 days and get a refund.

All you have to do is send an email to contact@barricadegear.com on the subject.

Important informations:

- You must safely package and send the products you want to return in their original, undamaged, labeled and unused packaging.

- In the return shipment of the products, you must protect the protective materials (styrofoam, balloon nylon, boxes) and package the products in the same way. Therefore, the responsibility for damage to the cargo belongs to the customer.

- After we check that your product complies with the return conditions, the status of the return will be notified to you by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days from the confirmation message sent to your email.

- If it does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.


CHANGE

You have a 14-day right to exchange products that you are not satisfied with or would like to exchange for any other reason. You can send an e-mail to contact@barricadgear.com and complete the exchange process.
